I just received this planner today and it appears used. The spiral binding is bent in places, and there are two spots on the front and back covers of the planner were it appears that stickers were removed leaving a lot of residue. It also appears that the residue was wiped (unsuccessfully) off. If you look at the image, there are no stickers on this item (the black label is a page that has been slipped under the thin plastic cover). I already started writing in this so I will probably go ahead and use it rather than return it, I just wish I had noticed the sticky spots sooner because it will be bothering me all year. Hopefully I can successfully remove them.
